Prepare for Your Next REAC Inspection
Typically, HUD provides 90 days’ notice of REAC inspections. To allow adequate time to complete required maintenance, schedule an RPP pre-inspection upon receiving notice.
Like many municipal and federal agencies, HUD continues to experience a backlog from the 13-month inspection moratorium triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic.
