The Applicant must have working knowledge of the DOB’s system and procedures. This is not an entry level position and previous experience in NYC expeditor jobs is preferred.
- Essential that candidate possess the knowledge to comply with all requirements necessary to achieve the final sign-off of a project
- Navigate Building Information System
- Coordination of all sign-off documentation needed to secure Letters of Completion
- Must be able to multi-task in order to coordinate a large number of projects
- Applicant must be able to intelligently discuss projects with Clients, and in-house Project Managers and coordinate accordingly with other divisions within the office
- Attention to detail and a team player are a must
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Excellent grammar and computer skills also required
