Senior Project Manager
Sandra Arce is the Senior Project Manager of the Certificate of Occupancy Department and has been with the firm since 2011. Sandra has over 20 years of experience in the industry and in Project Management. She leads the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) team in successfully obtaining Temporary and/or Final COs for buildings and businesses – a necessary component for legal usage – for new buildings or changes in use or egress, guiding her clients along the CO journey for timely approval. Awarded the Manager of the Year in 2020, she shows exemplary leadership who strives for success and growth in herself and her team. At home, she loves spending time with her family and making health a priority with her Peloton.
