Sign-off Coordinator

The Applicant must have working knowledge of the DOB’s system and procedures. This is not an entry level position and previous experience in NYC expeditor jobs is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Essential that candidate possess the knowledge to comply with all requirements necessary to achieve the final sign-off of a project
  • Navigate Building Information System
  • Coordination of all sign-off documentation needed to secure Letters of Completion
  • Must be able to multi-task in order to coordinate a large number of projects
  • Applicant must be able to intelligently discuss projects with Clients, and in-house Project Managers and coordinate accordingly with other divisions within the office
  • Attention to detail and a team player are a must
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Excellent grammar and computer skills also required
