Next Up – DOB Now: Safety

The DOB is making progress with DOB NOW. Next up, DOB NOW:  Safety, which will launch on September 12, 2016. The first stage of DOB NOW: Safety with a focus on Façade filings.

Façade filings are due every 5 years for building over 6 stories. Currently, façade reports are submitted in person to the DOB. With the launch of the new system, everything will migrate towards electronic filing.
