DOB AEU Service Change

AEU – the DOB’s Administrative Enforcement Unit – has made some changes to its service and service level agreements, which went into effect on December 5, 2016.

AEU will only process same day service Certificates of Correction for Class 1 Immediately Hazardous violations and violations eligible for cure. A same day response is offered, for a maximum of 2 violations per day.

All other ECB violation Certificates of Correction have to be submitted as drop offs and will be handled as mail, to be picked up at a later date.

In addition, Express Services have been discontinued as well.
