The DOB is launching an after hour’s inspection pilot for development projects enrolled in the High Rise Program. Pilot participants can request after hours Construction, Plumbing and Electrical inspections.
Inspections will be held after hours in the evening, and in some cases on weekends. Requests for these inspections must be received during normal business hours.
To submit a request, send an email with the subject “AHI” to the program’s email address HRTInspections@buildings.nyc.gov
The program is a pilot, and will run for six months. It starts on June 1, 2015.
