Frank Fortino

President

Since founding Metropolis Group in 1988, President and CEO Frank Fortino works tirelessly with and for the developers, architects, contractors, and trade professionals who build—and transform—the Manhattan skyline. He offers strategic guidance to department heads, regarding both project challenges and the firm’s long-term future. Frank continues to partner with municipal agencies and with Metropolis clients and staff members. His visionary leadership, coupled with a personal commitment to client and employee satisfaction, allows the firm to remain relevant and valuable as technology revolutionizes the construction industry. Frank’s professional affiliations include active membership in the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), the New York Society of Architects, and the Metropolitan Business Network. He is a founding member of the New York Coalition of Code Consultants (NYCCC) and serves on the Board of Trustees at the Institute of Design and Construction (IDC) and at the IDC Foundation. In addition, Frank supports a number of philanthropic endeavors, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Alzheimer’s Association, Women in Need, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the United Way of New York City. He serves as Chairman of the Santino Fortino Foundation, as well as on the Board of Trustees at the Madison Boys & Girls Club.
