Senior Project Manager Karolina Castro has worked as a project manager in consulting and expediting firms for 12 years. Karolina works with the New Building/Major Alterations Division and earned the specialty title Code & Zoning Associate by utilizing her organizational and technical skills to obtain approvals and permits on complex projects. She develops and maintains effective and productive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as Borough Commissioners and plan examiners. Karolina is studying to obtain an MBA in Real Estate from Rutgers Business School and was featured in the NYREJ 2021 Women in Building Services. She is fluent in Polish.
