Senior Project Manager
Karen Canlon is the Senior Project Manager and Training Associate and has over 30 years of experience in the industry and Project Management. She leads a group of Project Managers and assistants who work on Manhattan and outer-borough projects. Karen promotes teamwork; ensures all guidelines, policies, and procedures are followed for a smooth process, as well as handles her own projects. Karen also works closely with Human Resources and Operations to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that assist new team members as well as current who have questions about aspects of workflow.
