LAA Renewal Through HUB

The DOB is now offering Limited Alteration Application (LAA) Renewals through the Hub. The Renewals are for LAA Applications with the same BIS Number, and  multiple LAA Renewals are acceptable.

Requirements are straightforward. There can be no change to either the Application or the proposed work, and Applicants insurance must be active and up to date.

The Renewal must be filed manually, with a B-Scan sticker attached to the application. The filing will require a standard Renewal Fee of $100.
