It’s That Time Again – LL87 Filings Past Due

With the turn of the New Year, the LL 87 Energy Efficiency Report (EER) came due for buildings with a tax block ending in the number 4. The ten-year filing is required for all applicable, mixed-use and residential buildings.

Properties that did not file may face penalties, and therefore we recommend taking the steps to complete the filing. This means completing both an EERC1 and EERC2, completing the Energy Audit and Retro-Commissioning reporting tools, and sending in everything to the DOB.
